Do I need to create an account? ▾
No. Mwakenya is completely account-free. Just search, pay, and read. Your 2-hour access is tied to your browser session.
What happens after 2 hours? ▾
The paper closes and an overlay appears. You can pay again for another 2-hour session at KSh 10. There is no limit on how many times you can repurchase access.
Can I pay with a different line (not Safaricom)? ▾
Currently only Safaricom M-Pesa is supported. Airtel Money and T-Kash integration is planned for a future update.
The STK Push didn't arrive — what do I do? ▾
Ensure your phone has network coverage and your M-Pesa is active. Close the prompt, wait 30 seconds, and try again. If the issue persists, check that your number is correct (format: 07XXXXXXXX).
Can I download the PDF? ▾
No. Papers are displayed in a protected viewer and cannot be downloaded or printed. This protects our content creators while keeping access affordable.
My university isn't listed — can you add it? ▾
Yes! Use the contact form on our Contact page to request your institution. We review requests daily and aim to add popular universities within a week.
Are the papers official / accurate? ▾
All papers are sourced from verified student submissions and cross-checked for accuracy. Exam codes, dates, and course names are verified before upload.
Is my M-Pesa number safe? ▾
Yes. Payments are processed through the official Safaricom Daraja API. We never store your PIN or full M-Pesa number — only the transaction reference.
